Refund policy

vervola GmbH grants a right of return within 10 working days after receipt of your delivery.

Please contact us before you send anything back and let us know the reason for your return. In this way you help us to continuously improve and to further develop our products.

We will then immediately send you a paid return label.The return period is met by sending the goods on time (date of postmark). After the return period has expired, there is a binding purchase and the goods will no longer be taken back.

The right of return only exists under the condition that the purchased item is returned unused and in perfect new condition. The goods are considered unused if they show no signs of use and are returned in undamaged original packaging complete with all accessories.

The items must be returned in a hygienically perfect condition (for example no deodorant traces and no make-up traces on clothes) otherwise the right to exchange or return is forfeited. If the goods are not returned in perfect condition (see previous point), the purchase price will not be refunded, nor will the goods be exchanged. The shipping costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the buyer. 

For the return we charge up to 3kg 5.90 € and without a return label we charge an additional 16€. (within Germany and EU)

We only accept returns if the return label has been properly completed.  We will reimburse the amount immediately upon receipt of the goods or exchange the goods. According to the buyer's request.
