Right of return
vervola GmbH grants a right of return of 10 working days after receipt of your delivery.
Please contact usbefore you return anything and let us know the reason of your return. We are trying hard to make the best quality and with your reason you help us to improve always. Write an email to team@vervola.com.
The return deadline is met by sending the goods in time (date of postmark). After the return period has expired, there is a binding purchase and the goods will not be taken back.
The right of return exists only under the condition that the object of purchase is returned unused and in perfect new condition.
The goods are considered unused if they show no signs of use and are returned in undamaged original packaging complete with all accessories.
The items must be returned in perfect hygienic condition, (for example, no deodorant traces and no make-up traces on clothes) otherwise the right to exchange or return will be forfeited. This is very important, because otherwise we can not resell the clothes.
If the goods are not returned in perfect condition (see previous point) the purchase price will not be refunded nor the goods exchanged.
The shipping costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the buyer.

We will only accept returns if the return label has been duly filled in and the goods are packed in the original packaging.
After receipt of the goods, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the buyer or exchange the goods. Depending on the wishes of the buyer.
